CEOs from Sprint, nTelos Wireless, Cellular One, Bluegrass Cellular to Speak
Consumer Brands – CNN, The Coca-Cola Company, The Home Depot and The Weather Company to Address Mobile Business Strategies
Washington, D.C., February 2, 2015 – CCA today announced the keynote line-up for its 2015 Global Expo, set to take place March 24-27 in Atlanta. This year’s program will include a carrier CEO roundtable, along with remarks from top consumer brands CNN, The Coca-Cola Company, The Home Depot and The Weather Company, along with CEOs from Sprint, nTelos Wireless, Cellular One and Bluegrass Cellular.

CCA’s 2015 Global Expo keynote program will kick-off on Wednesday March 25, with remarks from Tom Daly, global group director mobile, The Coca-Cola Company; and Walter Megura, vice president, Head of Industry and Society, Ericsson. Both speakers will share insights into the role of mobile and social engagement in today’s business environment.
Thursday, March 26 opens with remarks from CCA president and CEO Steven K. Berry, who will then moderate a carrier executive panel focused on the topic of “Leading the Industry Forward.” Participants include:
- Marcelo Claure, CEO, Sprint
- Rodney Dir, President & COO, nTelos Wireless
- Jonathan Foxman, President & CEO, Cellular One
- Ron Smith, President & CEO, Bluegrass Cellular
The carrier executive panel will be followed by remarks from Michael Peeters, CTO, Wireless Division, Alcatel-Lucent; and George Reed, SVP of Solutions and Marketing, Huawei Technologies USA, Inc.
On the final day of CCA, Friday, March 27, Rajin Persaud, vice president of Next Generation Business & Product Strategy at CNN, Matt Jones, general manager, The Home Depot and Cameron Clayton, president, Digital Group, The Weather Company, will discuss consumers’ use of mobile services and the impact on a range of industries, including retail and media with moderator Douglas Grinspan, associate publisher, WIRED.
